Love Yourself, Give Yourself Credit & Get Rid of Guilt!!!

Today’s video I share a few thoughts with you that will help you to have faster progress on your journey.  There is no much negativity in this World, we don’t need to be allowing it in our minds.  We shouldn’t be speaking negative things about ourselves.  We spend more time with ourselves then we do with anyone else so it’s important that we love and like ourselves.  We can’t love others properly if we are not loving ourselves.

What do you need to do to heal it???  What Truth do you need to fill your heart with???

Focus on what you are doing instead of beating yourself up for what you didn’t get done or what you didn’t do.  This journey is about progress not perfection!!! No one is perfect so if that’s all you focus on, you will be disappointed.  Give yourself credit for what you are doing!!!  Celebrate everything do SuperStarrs!!!

Don’t feel guilty for eating delicious food.  Just Thank God for it and enjoy!!!

I pray that you will have sweet peaceful sleep.  Sometimes things come up and we have trouble getting there.

 

Here’s  few tips to help you get asleep.
Using lavender essential oils before bed can help you to fall asleep naturally.  You can massage them on skin, spray them on sheets or diffuse in the air.
Deep Breathing.
Yoga Stretches.
Use a fan or noise machine.
Avoid caffeine late in the day.
Drink some sleepy time or chamomile tea before bed.
Making the room a cooler temperature.
Use ear plugs and sleep mask to block out light and noise.
Make bedroom as dark as possible with use of black out curtains.
Keep bedding fresh and clean so that it’s more inviting.
